If you are an employer and are making a consolited payment on behalf of your employees to Chief Minister's Relief Fund or any NGOs providing 80G benefits, you employes can still individually get 80G benefits. You need to issue them a certificate indicating that so much amount has been deposited on their behalf to the fund. Also, assuming that the contribution is being deducted directly from the salary, you should also have it mentioned on the salary slip. These two would help them get the 80G benefits.
